Change Land Trust Beneficiary to Single-Member LLC after refi?

I have a rental owned free and clear. I want to refinance this in a Land Trust with Personal name as beneficiary. Once I get refinancing, change the Beneficiary to my Single-Member LLC.

Can I do this?
