FL Rental Income on Self-Directed IRA's

I own a rental property in FL thru my SD IRA - I am trying to determine if all, some or none of the rental income is taxable by the STATE of FL. Anyone know? I understand if a rental is less than six months, it is considered transient use...but not sure if the IRA status changes the reporting / payment requirements. Any direction here would be appreciated...thanks!
