Looking for a good Accountant with experience with rentals in BK

Hi, I'm a relatively new rental real estate investor with one multifamily in Bushwick that is about to be rolled into an sole owned LLC.

I will be buying another multifamily either in Bushwick or Bedstuy this summer.  

I am looking for an experienced (and affordable) Accountant who can offer advice and direct me on tax friendly and best ways to manage the money.  

Does anyone know of anyone?
