NYC Legal Advise on LLC Formation

Hi All!

I'm getting ready to set up my LLC to start my wholesaling business. I just want to know which is teh best state to set up in if I will be purchasing in NYC? Or is it worth it just to register here? Also, can anyone recommend a few really good real estate attorneys in the NYC area?
