reaffirming mortgage/ loan modification
Hello,
I am new to this and any advise would be very appreciated.
I have a 80/20 loan that were included in bankruptcy and discharged I did not reaffirmed the mortgage just continue to make payments. I did a loan modification a year later on the 2nd loan. Now the lender states that when I agreed to loan modification I agreed to reaffirmed the loan. Can they do that??
