The City of Yonkers Subpoenas Google

I have been putting up bandit signs in Yonkers, NY with my google voice number on it. I just received an email from google stating that Yonkers has sent them a subpoena to get the name of the owner of this number. They are giving me till Feb 28th to provide them with a file-stamped motion to quash the subpoena (or other formal objection filed in court) via email. 

Does anyone know how to squash the subpoena or fight Yonkers?
