Send a 1099 MISC to my HML for items paid on HUD?

I have an LLC setup as an S-Corp. I made payments at closing that are listed on the HUD to my HML (which is an LLC) at closing for loan origination fees, credit fee, doc prep, wire fee, courier that totaled more than $600.

Should I issue a 1099-MISC to them for these fees? Nothing I'm including above is mortgage interest. I would assume I'd get a 1098 from them and/or the mortgage servicer for the interest paid.

Please note I requested but dont yet have the HML's W9. So technically even though they are an LLC, if they are an S-Corp I dont think I technically need to issue the 1099 MISC, but want to know either way.

Thanks for any help or insight you can provide!
