New to the RE Investment World!

Hello All! I have decided to dip my toes into the real estate investment world. I have 2 other investor partners and looking to move my current Traditional IRA to a SDIRA. I have done a bit of research but was wondering if anyone has information on the process, tips, experiences, etc... I plan to purchase the property from the SDIRA funds. I will not be financing the house.

Thanks for any information out there!
