CPA in South Carolina (preferably in Upstate)

My partner and I are looking for a CPA in the upstate that has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to REI (specifically, corporate structures, 1031, rental property tax advice, etc). There are plenty of quality CPAs in the Greenville area but we want someone who speaks our language and knows the ins and outs.....if that makes sense?

Thanks!

This is the link of the local REI Club in my area. In the past we have had 2 CPA's from Greenville area speak to our group. They cater to real estate investors. I can not recall their names but you can contact the investment group and make an inquiry or maybe there is local chapter in your area. Good Luck!
