HELP. Contractor suing me for garnishment

Didn't want to get into the details much yet as my realtor just got this notice for garnishment. Long story short, paid the contractor 2 draws and now he is suing me for non-payment.  

Wondering if someone can recommend me a lawyer in milwaukee and how much the fees usually are for something like this?
