Reverse Mortgage Help

Hi Folks,

I cant seem to find an answer to my question on the forums. 

A family member fell into a house with a reverse mortgage on it due to other family passing away. The house needs a facelift, does anyone know if it is ok to rehab the property during the call due grace period, prior to putting it up for sale?
