I need an attorney to prepare pay-off instructions on an estate sale.

In this situation there are 10 siblings with equal interests on a home sale.

Need the language which instructs those proceeds. Please advise

If you have an open escrow, just spell out who gets what under what conditions.

Draw a pictograms and make it simple for others to understand.

Attorneys will mess it up. I know most every probate atty San Diego as I've spoken to their legal groups for twenty years now.

If you don't have an escrow, try Allison/McCloskey.

I do not offer attorney referrals except for my own deals, so please don't ask.
