I'm a new to wholesaling in the central Florida area. After sifting through the forums for a few hours the only thing I have managed to figure out is that I need to contact a lawyer familiar with wholesaling in Florida. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated, the closer to Altamonte Springs, FL the better.
