paperwork in AZ
I am going to do the 5 day sale of my rental property that was discussed in another thread here. I am not a RE agent, not associated in any way to the industry. I do know, from having made offers, that I have had to sign numerous papers, including mold, pool safety, lead based paint, etc, and a lengthy purchase contract.
Since I am selling as an individual not associated with any real estate professional, what information and or paperwork am I required to provide potential buyers, and those making offers, and the one who places the highest bid?
The list of documents the agent I had planned to use is somewhat lengthy. Apparently she places all this info in a notebook for other agents and buyers to see/read.
I don't want to overdo, but I do want to provide what is necessary.
Where do I find that info, does anyone here know?
