I am just getting into real estate investing, and I'm wondering about rental applications and rental contracts - what is the best way to get the appropriate forms?  I've seen some state specific forms online for around $75....I'm tempted to get those, customize for my situation, and then have a lawyer review.  What sources do you all recommend for these legal forms?  Do you recommend having a lawyer review them initially to make sure everything is legal?  Thanks for any advice you can give!
