What is the amortization period for FHA UFMIP on a rental?

I recently bought a fourplex using FHA financing and currently live in one of the units. I also rent out one of the rooms in my unit. So I will amortize a portion of the FHA UFMIP over 84 months (the portion that is attributable to the portion of the property that is my personal residence), but what about the remaining portion of the FHA UFMIP, i.e., the portion attributable to the portion of the property that is a rental? Is it immediately deductible this year? Or is it amortizable over 84 months just like a personal residence? over the length of the loan? over how long I am expected to pay PMI? Thanks!
