Referral needed for settlement attorney in NC, contract for deed

Hello everyone, I am planning to sell my two rental properties to the current tenants under an installment sale agreement/contract for deed.  I have never done this and need a referral for an attorney that can handle the paperwork and closing.  The properties are in Greenville, NC which is in eastern North Carolina.  Any referral to an attorney that handles these types of deals in that area would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance...
