Looking for a real estate CPA in Phoenix, Glendale, or Peoria, AZ

I want to find out more about real estate deductions and taxes related to the house flipping business. I am looking for a good real estate CPA to advice me on what can be deducted and capitalized, preferably in the Phoenix, Glendale, or Peoria AZ area.

We use CPA for Hire. They have been really good and have a lot of real estate clients. They don't file for you but they will watch your books and let you know when something should be added for a deduction.
