Hi wants again Bigger pockets friends.

So I closed on a property May 28, I used a loan from a local bank. It turns out that the bank I bought the house from didn't have the power of attorney to transfer the deed, so to this day the deed has not be transferred and I have been making monthly payments on my loan. I have also put money into the house which I am flipping. I am very worried and don't know if I need to get a lawyer involved or what. Has anyone ran into this before?
