Looking for a Great RE Accountant

Hey everyone, BP is an awesome resource and I am looking for some feedback on getting a strong RE accountant with great financial planning skills. My current situation is not overly complicated, but I am looking for someone that I can bounce ideas off of, provide input, and can best help me plan strategically each year (before tax time). I am NOT looking for someone who just wants to do my tax return. I know their are some CPAs on the BP board - does anyone have a person they can recommend? I am based out of California so someone who is familiar with CA would be great. I have read a lot on the boards, and would expect the person to have their own real estate investments and ideally at least a one/few in California to understand possible strategies around rebates/etc that are usually common for energy savings in the golden state. Thanks, Ryan
