Real estate or Tax attorney in Florida?

I'm preparing to setup an LLC and an operating agreement with my partner for asset protection and general advise.

I would prefer to have someone that I know I can email a question about these things, which I'm sure everyone has in his mind, so you understand what I mean.

Who should I have by my side a tax attorney to help me with tax strategies also, or a real estate attorney and have a CPA for the taxes? What cost should I expect?
