what are your thoughts as an REI professional, is it permissible (ie, per applicable business code of conduct) to refer to certain neighborhoods as 'ghetto'?

are there states/instances where the professional can be charged with say, a misdemeanor, or so, for using it descriptively in their communication(s)?

per Google:

"ghetto

ˈɡedō/

noun: ghetto; plural noun: ghettoes; plural noun: ghettos

  1. a part of a city, especially a slum area, occupied by a minority group or groups.
    • historical

the Jewish quarter in a city.

      "the Warsaw Ghetto"

    • an isolated or segregated group or area.

"the relative security of the gay ghetto""

(note the topic's spelling is based on the most common phoneticization the word is heard in my experience)
