Way to tell the property is in bankruptcy/probate etc.?
Hello Friends,
I'm looking into a couple of leads (all out of my home area) where a property appears to be in arrears and O&E looks pretty normal but... I'm curious - is there any more or less straightforward way to find out if the property is being involved in a bankruptcy or divorce/probate case, or any such? I would hate to step in only to find out I'm stepping into a court room...
Any help is much appreciated!
Cheers
Alex
