What should I do for Asset Protection on SFRs?

Hi all,

Would you give me an advise on what should I do as an asset protection for my 4 SFR properties?

It is currently under my name and I understand that is not safe method to go as an investor.

I was wondering if umbrella insurance policy will be good enough to cover me if any tenant happened to "sue" or file legal claim? or should I be putting properties in series LLC and other forms of protection?

Any advise will be appreciated.

Thank you,

William Dorough
