Finding an Attorney who is familiar with Subject 2's in Massachusetts

Hello,

I'm investing in single family flips in Western MA. In Massachusetts attorneys manage closings. I've gotten a lot of feedback from lawyers around town that "Subject 2's" or "Assumption Agreements" are just not done here in the conservative commonwealth of MA. Anyone have any leads for an attorney familiar with working with investors in Massachusetts?
