Does a Spouse Need to Sign Deed in Arkansas?
I am purchasing a vacant lot in a rural neighborhood from a man for which the current deed is only in his name. He is married and I am wondering if the deed he signs over to me needs to have his wife's signature on it or is it okay to have his only since the prior deed has his name only as the Grantee.
