Entity Naming: INC vs LLC
I want to establish a new LLC as a partnership between a couple of investors. There's a company name that we really like (let's say Classic Homes), but there's currently already one registered as an INC (i.e. Classic Homes, Inc). Because our new entity is an LLC (i.e. Classic Homes, LLC), would it be considered unique, or does the state consider it a duplicate name?
