So another question for one of my fellow California investors. First, I am not really seeking legal advice. I realize that most of you on BP are not attorneys just need any non-binding, non-legal input I can get. First I am not a Real Estate Broker or even a licensed Agent at this point nor am I a licensed investment person. I am wondering if California has any restrictions on my using the words Properties or Investments in the name of my company considering the above information about myself. I also realize the Investments title may run into the Sec's jurisdiction. Thanks for any input that you may have.
