Detailed, Pro-Landlord & Legal North Carolina Leases & Forms?
I've reviewed and looked at more than 10 different lease agreements and I like certain parts of each of them but want an all encompassing one that is legal (per the NC's state specific laws); yet, is very detailed, covers just about everything imaginable & is pro-landlord. I really like a few really detailed, all-encompassing leases but am not sure if they're legal for the state of North Carolina. Does anyone have really good/detailed lease agreements (preferably Word agreements or editable attachments) that they use in NC and wouldn't mind sharing with me?!?
