Raleigh CPA Needed

I'm looking for an experienced CPA in the Triangle area who has some rental properties of his/her own who can both provide tax return services but can also act as a real estate tax adviser in structuring business entities to reduce the tax burden. If anyone has any recommendations I would appreciate you passing them along.

@Michael Jobe thanks so much. I will reach out to that group. Also, hope to meet you at the next TREIA meeting.

@Dave Toelkes I really appreciate your input and completely understand what you are saying. I wasn't sure if establishing an LLC as the property management entity that would charge me as an individual a fee would be any more advantageous than just filing those deductions under my personal return. Same with potentially using an LLC for wholesaling. Are there any advantages there?
