Seeking an experienced Real Estate CPA in San Diego area

Hi, I'm a current investor and am looking for a CPA in the San Diego area (Scripps Ranch area to be specific).  I have a CPA in Arizona who I like and have been using over the last five years (I lived near her office when we met), but I recently started to consider if/when I should sell some of my properties and I'm not sure she really understands my questions.

Ask: If anyone has a CPA in San Diego they used for complex residential real estate investing (and they found them to be very informative, friendly, and affordable), then I would be interested in speaking with them.  Thanks!
