Lawyer needed for Fulton County Atlanta. I am in California.

Hello all,

I wanted to see if anyone had a good contact for a lawyer in Fulton County Atlanta. Here is my dilemma. I am from California and I partnered with a guy in Atlanta on a fix and flip property. The partnership has gone south. I loaned the guy money for the rehab; for a portion of the gains from selling the property. The guy was supposed to file a lien for me and he didn’t. I have contacted Fulton County and they said if I don’t have the original signed documents they can’t do anything.

Does anyone have any advice or a lawyer I could contact?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
