I am able to recieve attorney advice through Hyatt Legal group through my wife at her job, however they do not cover landlord issues with tenants.

Are there groups out there that REIs are using for their investing business, or is their a plan that you set up with an attorney of your choice?  Also, what are the avg costs for issues and normal operation when using attorneys in your business?

Thanks in advance I am close to being finished with building a team to pull the trigger on my first deal.
