Hello all!! I am very curious as to if anyone has ever been sued for any kind of real estate deal gone bad or anything related to a real estate transaction. I like to hear about all the great and happy stories out there however this is such a sue happy society these days one has to look at the big picture. If anyone has been drug in to court or dealt with a BAD situiation I would love to learn how you dealt with it. Thanks in advance for information!
