Mass Investors, Who’s Your Favorite CPA for STRs?

Hi everyone,

My spouse and I recently purchased our first short-term rental (Cape Cod), and we’re looking for an affordable CPA who can help us with:

QuickBooks Online setup (ideally with a STR chart of accounts)
Cost segregation study
STR tax strategy guidance
Tax preparation for next year

We currently have one property, so we’re looking for someone who works well with small operators (and hopefully doesn’t have minimum fees geared toward larger portfolios). That said, we do plan to scale and want to make sure we’re building a strong foundation and optimizing our tax strategy from the start.

Ideally Boston-area based, but we’re open to remote recommendations too if you’ve had a great experience!

Would love any referrals and/or advice for Year 1 set up and making sure we get this right - thanks so much in advance!
