Final return question for LLC S corp
I have a Florida LLC taxed as S Corp opened in 2024. Never transacted any business, never used it. Dissolved the LLC April 2025. Can I do a 1120-S and K1 and mark the box "final reutrn?" Or do I need to mess with this again next year since I dissolved it in 2025? Again, did not use the LLC in 2024 or 2025. Also, please advise if I need to do anything besides the 1120-S and K1. Thanks.

You should do the 1120S for all the years the entity was in existence. E.g., if it was "alive" in both 2024 and 2025, do both years.
