Hello Everyone,

Leonard hear and ready to make my move. I have done much research & thinking also some hands on whit the numbers game. I've got the pieces just need some help moving them into place. Thats why I have my BP family.

Solo MBR. Now I have heard that if you file as a Investor in any real estate it hurts you when you apply for a business credit? Is there a way to work around that or is there a rule of thumb how to file as a real estate investor?

The LLC

Whit this company I have the intent to flip and sale houses. Is there any key on filling?
