Insurance with a tenant in sufferance

I recently purchased a property at a trustee auction and am working to evict the former homeowner. My question is, does anyone have suggestions on where I can obtain insurance on the property for this situation? I'm not sure this qualifies as a vacant dwelling. Any help is appreciated.
