Hello,

I am currently in the process of creating finance, accounting, and workflow automation solutions for real estate investors. I wanted to get some feedback from folks who are actively serving clients and see potential areas where their clients have unmet needs.

  • Business intelligence solutions: Data visualization and storytelling to help clients make data-driven decisions
  • Scalable finance and accounting workflow automation: Using ETL tools to streamline processes and reduce manual work
  • Overall workflow solutions: Automating routine and manual tasks to increase efficiency
  • Process-level written documentation and standard operating procedures: Ensuring consistency and clarity in business processes
  • Dynamic Excel workflows: Enabling users to model data effectively and efficiently at scale"

From my experience, if folks have at least a sizable number of properties (25+), they could likely benefit from these areas to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ultimately improve ROI.

I'm eager to hear your thoughts and insights on the automation-related needs you see among your clients. Your feedback will be invaluable in shaping the solutions I develop. Let's start a discussion!
