Tax lien release search - need help

Need help on how to obtain records from 2020 showing his old tax lien was released. Borrower does not have records from 2020 any longer and lender is requiring some sort of proof of release. If anyone has a way or resource to obtain this information and quickly I would appreciate. Please pm with suggestions
