Lawyer Billable Hours

What is reasonable amount of time for an associate attorney to draft a sentencing memorandum in federal case? I was billed for 30 hours over the course of 5 days. I think the memo was about 15 pages. On one of the day, the lawyer billed 8.3 hours for a whole day of office hour. Does it sound reasonable?
