Converting primary to STR and building ADU on the same land

Hi,

We have a good amount of land and are considering an ADU build near our primary. If the primary is converted to an STR and we move into the ADU, is it still possible to cost seg/bonus depreciate the STR? Or is it not eligible since it's on the same land?
