Property with tax judgments
We are under contract on a property that has multiple records of recent tax judgments. I don’t believe a tax lien certificate has been issued yet. My questions are if/ how this knowledge can be used to negotiate the purchase price down, and if we need to be aware of any risks with our purchase. Thank you!
