@Ana Chavez did you consider reaching out to tax professionals commenting in this tax forum? There are 20+ of us real estate tax pros commenting here. You just need to reach out to someone commenting on something relevant to your tax situation. 

I don't think location particularly matters provided they have a strong background in real estate and tools that make it easy to collaborate remotely.
