Real Estate Accountant in Northern New Jersey

Hello BP Community:

I'm a real estate attorney based out of Rutherford, New Jersey (working across NJ, but mostly in Bergen-Essex-Hudson-Passaic Counties). We do about 200 closings a year and perhaps 10% of those are investor deals, but also do leasing / ownership transfers.

I'm looking to "team-up" with an accountant well versed and experienced in real estate (including 1031, rental properties, general tax strategy) to refer my clients to. Must be able to speak investor language. Must have some type of professional office space for meeting clients in north Jersey - as old school as it sounds - many of my clients still want to meet face to face in the beginning of a long term relationship.
