Finding an accountant to do taxes for LLC

My brother and I recently purchased a rental property in Michigan. My brother lives in Phoenix and I live in Massachusetts. We have an LLC in Michigan which is owned by a holding company in Wyoming.

Can we use any CPA located in Massachusetts to do the taxes for all the entities or do we need to make sure they are licensed in all the states we reside and do business in? We talked with a company that said they have CPAs for every state but they seem somewhat expensive. A one time charge of around $2000 and about $200 a month. My friend who just owns property in Massachusetts said his CPA does his taxes for $1200 a year.

I would appreciate any input.
