Seeking Tax Attorney in CA

About to convert my townhouse into a rental when we move out of state. Looking for an investment friendly attorney who can help us figure out the best business structure to limit liability and create a favorable tax situation.

Don’t really think it’s a CPA thing, when I’ve spoken to CPAs before they were a little more “inside the box” thinking as opposed to strategic.

Hi - we're moving out of CA. House is in Santa Monica. I don't mind working virtually with someone, so long as they are familiar with federal and CA tax implications of various ways to set up a rental property. I have a CPA that I can work with to do my taxes -- it's more the strategic aspect I'm looking for. Recommendations would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
