Good Morning All,

I'm still in the process of getting my new team together since the move to DE. I think I found a good GC etc so now I'm looking for my professional advisors.

Can anyone recommend any attorneys & CPAs who specialize in RE investments? Specifically experience with Reg D, partnership returns and audited financial stms??
