In Need of a Book keeper for 11 properties/14 doors

Looking for a book keeper who is well versed in investment real estate in Missouri. Series LLC in MO files as a C-Corp. We have 11 properties, 14 doors (8 SFR 3 Duplexes).

Been keeping the books in Excel since creation 3+ years ago. Accountant says I need to change over to Quickbooks Online.

Need someone to enter data for 2022 accurately so I can hand it over to the accountant. Must be done before September 15th.

Had book keeper who just up and bailed. Fresh Quickbooks online account ready to go.

Any recommendations greatly appreciated

Quote from @Tim J.:
I will jump on the bandwagon/pile-on...  You don't need a bookkeeper.  You need real software and then an accountant

Try Stessa or Buildium.  Not sure what a bookkeeper gets you.  But definitely need an accountant

"You don't need a bookkeeper" "Not sure what a bookkeeper gets you."

A bit contradicting statements there. If you don't know what it gets you, don't tell someone what they don't need.
