Recommendations for an REI friendly CPA in Central Maine?

I'm closing on our first multi in a few weeks, and have been building my team along the way. I'm currently looking for help finding someone who can help me start well when it comes to REI finances, especially doing things right throughout this year so we won't have regrets at tax time.

I can’t travel far to do in-person, but would be fine with virtual appts if the drive would be impractical or if they’re national instead of in-state.

I’m trying to learn what I need to ask, but many of the basics folks suggest still assume familiarity with some jargon I’m not well-versed in, so please share your rookie-friendly tips!
